The Braves draft class of 2022 was considered strong by most baseball gurus. Many drafted are still down south in Northport, in preparation to play on one of the Braves affiliate teams. However, most have already started their professional careers and, age dependent, can be found either in the FCL (not started yet), Augusta, or Rome.
Here’s a breakdown of where the Braves 2022 draftees are playing:

- Braves facility in Northport: Cole Phillips (Recovering from TJS), Blake Burkhalter (recovering from TJS), Adam Maier (elbow injury)
- Low-A Augusta: Owen Murphy, JR Ritchie, David McCabe, Seth Keller, Jason Franks, Andrew Keck, Cedric De Grandpre, Landon Harper, E.J. Exposito
- High-A Rome: Drake Baldwin, Ignacio Alvarez, Cory Acton, Ian Mejia, Keshawn Ogans, Kevin Kilpatrick Jr.

- Owen Murphy: 1st Rd pick, 1 GS, 4 IP, 2H, 1BB, 6K
- JR Ritchie: 1st Rd pick, 1 GS, 3 IP, 0H, 0BB, 7K
- David McCabe: Can crush a baseball, 1.079 OPS
- E.J. Exposito: Carrying an insane OPS, looks bigger (we shall see).

- Drake Baldwin: Old for the level, but is crushing baseballs and should stick at catcher.
- Ignacio Alvarez: Talk of his makeup is turning heads. Keeps hitting.
- Kevin Kilpatrick Jr: No power to speak of, but does a lot of things right
