Nice to see him aggressive and not give up the walks that we’ve seen so often. Hopefully he does well and sticks.
LaRoche.
Thanks a lot Yates.
Raoul, Bobby did exactly that to Yates on his first appearance.
Cockroach!!!
Nice shot Roach.
Too little too late.
raoul say: “Just don’t think I won’t respond when someone says something unwarranted and cynical about my manager”
you play for the braves raoul?
The Roach comes through in the ninth. What is this team coming to that the only one helping us is The Roach?
kc, see my explanation above again, takes care of the same situation.
Is there anyone good on the Braves by the standards of this board?
Raoul, how you said apply to Devine, but not Yates. Come on, Yates?
Whomp-whomp.
Giles last AB as a Brave
Raoul, how can you see any good on the Braves right now?
Well, he may be traded, but he looked sick to me.
Clever, Ryan, yeah I’m the first guy to say “we” and “my” in reference to a team he likes. Good sniping Ryan, how long were you waiting to make that one?
Smitty, did you barbar have any new trade rumor?
Mike I agree. I really would like to see him do well.
Wow, how bad do we suck? This is Royals type suckage. Horrible.
Swept by the Marlins…
I can’t say much more than that
“Giles last AB as a Brave ”
Bullcrap. He’ll be there tomorrow.
13 games back after being swept by the Marlins. It’s about over for this season, though it can (not likely) be turned around.
14 of 17, how much anyone want to bet it’ll be 20 of 23 after the homestand?
Plenty of good. Sosa was awesome tonight. That’s something is it not?
We should all start writing hate letters to JS if there is no move by the end of this month.
“Too little too late.”
“14 of 17, how much anyone want to bet it’ll be 20 of 23 after the homestand?”
“Oh, what’s the point? We have absolutely no chance. Let’s just forfeit and rest up for the inevitable Red Sox shellacking.”
Sincerely,
Awesome Braves Fans
You guys(posters on this site) suck, I’m outta here.
Raoul, no it’s not you know why? Because WE LOST!
Raoul, no wonder why you love Bobby. You have the kindness which I will never have.
How can anyone be so positive after losing 14 out of 17? Only Bobby…and Raoul.
The Red Sox are going to bend us over and have their way with us.
Not even Bobby’s as positive as Raoul…
Um, not to get people’s hopes up or anything, but the Red Sox have sucked pretty bad as of late. Of course, we may cure what ails ’em, but this could be a series of wonderfully balanced craptastic proportions this weekend.
Look at the bright side gang, we were beaten by a first place team and we had relatively no opportunities to score. Plus Wilson Betemit really proved he’s ready to replace Giles and Stockman wowed me with his first outing.
Nice point Jenny. The Sox are on the verge of getting swept by the Twins, who just happen to have as many wins as we do……..
Tell you what Raoul, if the Braves take five of six from the Red Sox and Blue Jays, I’ll be much more positive and keep the faith of us getting into the play-offs. Otherwise, I just can’t.
Dude, watch the games….do you know anything about baseball ON THE FIELD?? Do you have any idea about baseball situations? We already know that Bobby Cox is a hall of famer, and that’s not because you say so all the time. Doesn’t mean he isn’t capable of making ridiculous in-game decisions.
I second that Dan.
