Looks like Maddux made another error, as well- that’s either two or three in three starts. Might be the end of his gold glove streak this year as well. Sigh.
At some level I am a little amused by the Derosa error – Bobby probablydecided to sit Giles for this game because of his own error yesterday.

The error was initially charged to DeRosa, but ended up being charged to Fick for ‘coming off the bag.’ FWIW.
