Michael Harris II had 3 hits, Marcell Ozuna picked up his 36th dinger and went 3-3, Whit Merrifield dinged one out also, and Ramon Laureano also got in on the fun. Since becoming a Brave, Laureano has carried an .838 OPS that’s supported by a .538 SLG. He can stick around. It’s odd to me that the game was so lopsided considering the Braves had 12 hits and Angels had 11, but 9 of the Angels hits were of the singles variety. Jimmy Herget got some street cred from me pitching 2 innings of mop-up baseball, striking out 4.
