Minter has lost a little velo this season and is more homer prone. Someone else is going to pay him more than he’s worth.

I tell you what, if this team keeps scoring, I like our chance of winning games.
All that needs to happen is for 2 or more of Olson, Harris Riley, and Albies to regress to career norms in the second half and we will be dominant. That’s not improbable. Bonus if Murphy, Albies or Duvall improves slightly. Bonus if we trade for an OF.
Having 3 dominant pitchers and a dominant bullpen means that just an above average offense makes us a World Series contender
This is the second time this season that TdA has won a game all by himself (responsible for 5/6 runs). You can’t really say the offense woke up because TdA did it all. We still need a hitter and getting Harris back and another hitter should do the trick (sure would like it to be Jazz like I said before).
Don’t know anything about scouting high school talent, but you can do a lot worse at pick 24 than a lefty pitcher with Caminiti pedigree hitting 98-100 on the gun at age 17. Seems like a steal.
