I wouldn’t be surprised if McCann got the day off with Pratt catching one game and Pena doing the other. Also, any chance Aybar will get some time at 2B with Marcus out? I realize we’ve got a glut if MIs, but I figure we traded for him because he was better than the lot. 😉
I don’t think the Braves can afford to sit McCann 2 games, although I wouldn’t be surprised if Pratt starts game 1. I was kind of surprised Aybar wasn’t in there yesterday.
Remember that Brayan Pena’s been called up. Hopefully he’ll get a start instead of Pratt.

So yesterday at 5:00 in the morning I woke up in the worst pain ever. Thankfully, my room mate was here and took me to the ER. I had a kidney stone, so I was in the ER until noon. THey thought they might have to go get it, but they sent me home instead. I got home in time to see Adams gam winning bomb and get ready to host a Tennessee party. It was crazy
Aybar batting 3rd? Diaz 7th? Oh, whatever… Let’s just hope nobody gets struck by lightning.
Forgot to mention how hysterical that “Apache” video was from the other day. I’m glad to see our civilization has crept a tiny bit forward from that era.

The team looks lifeless right now. This is shaping up to be a 1-6 or at best 2-5 road trip. Just too many injuries and too many crappy pitchers. Wait till next year?
What does it say about the team’s offense when Pratt is providing the runs?
The same thing it says when Brian Jordan is hitting in an important situation or Willy Aybar is batting 3rd; you really didn’t think this team through very well.
