Alex and I are about to launch Road From Bristol II: The Wrath of Cohn. The only thing is, I’m not actually that good at the technical end. So I need a little help.
Last year, we did the whole thing on Movable Type. MT has been largely disabled on this server now, though, so it’s not an option. Unfortunately, unlike MT, WordPress (what I’m using now) doesn’t allow for multiple blogs on the same installation. And I can’t for the life of me figure out how to install it. I can use Blogger if need be, but I’m not crazy about it because there are certain limitations.
So anyway, is there anyone out there who thinks they can install WordPress? Also, does anyone know of a free polling service that allows more than one poll at a time?
Is it gong to be simular to last year’s thing with diffrent people?
It will be basically similar. We haven’t put together the final list yet, but it will probably be 40-50 of the same people plus 15-25 new ones. Stu Scott won last year and has been “retired”.
Can we slip McCarver and Buck in there this year, or would that not be fair?
Your title is a nice motto for the Braves now, too.
You think I’m participating in this travesty again, after the way Tim (“It’s not a foul pole, it’s ACTUALLY a fair pole”) McCarver got jobbed last year? You guys have less integrity than the WWE. I refuse to lend any credibility to this travesty of an outrage of a farce. Nor is my client Mr. McCarver.
Hawk Harrelson? What about Woody Scheinburger, the weekend anchor on Channel 53 in Bowling Green, Ky.? He would win too
EXCEPT NO ONE HAS EVER HEARD HIM.
Well, this is the ESPN-only tourney. I expect that the finals will be Stephen A. Smith versus Skip Bayless.
Well, don’t discount the anti-Berman factor…
Don’t confuse the issue with your “facts.”
great article from ajc, basically what i’ve been saying since april.

Install WordPress in other directory and then set $table_prefix differently as compared with another blog within wp-config.php.
Have you tried to do like that way before?
Well… I’ve never used WordPress and I’m unskilled 😉 Here…guess
There is a plugin that will create a new “blog” for each category, or you can have /blog1, /blog2, etc using the same database. Otherwise, you will need to look at WPMU (WordPress Multi-User) to have multiple blogs on one domain, with each being set up with blog1.domain.com, etc.
Feel free to contact me if you have more questions.
