Charlie Morton takes on Javier Assad in Game 1 of the series. Tomorrow it will be Max Fried vs. Justin Steele, and Thursday is anyone’s guess.

Daysbel Hernandez is the first AAA RP that will get a look while Ray Kerr is prepping for a starting role.
I am not a fan of Hernandez. He looks great at times but ultimately he seems very hittable. Hopefully he has figured something out in the minors.
Charlie Morton is in typical barf-back-a-lead form, I see.
The walks, hit by pitches, etc. always seem to come more frequently when we wet the bed on offense with runners in scoring position with less than 2 outs. It’s early in the game but this team never issues the knock out blow when we have the chance.
Terrible ABs from Acuna. He keeps taking good pitches and swinging at bad ones.
That was a hell of a catch by Money Mike!
The error doesn’t help, but Hernandez is proving for a second-straight year after four appearances last season that he is no more than a AAAA pitcher.
As noted on the first post, the guy just seems consistently hittabble to major league batters
Every time we get men on base, we can’t do anything but strikeout. Men on 1st and 2nd with no outs and no one even puts the ball in play. That’s just insane.
If Hernandez faced us we could make him look untouchable . There is no doubt.
0-10 with Risp is not going to get it done.
I really want to know what the heck has happened to the offense. I don’t expect Murphy to be a big difference maker, since TDA has been doing a pretty good job.

Time to hire Ted Turner as our manager again.
Acuna needs an attitude adjustment. He obviously has great physical ability. But it appears that he could have low emotional intelligence.
