Man…this is a breath of fresh air. After having the carousel of putrid callup after putrid callup, it looks like we might be seeing the end of it. Jesse Chavez, who might be the most liked teammate on this team, is back in action and I never thought I’d be this excited to have a 40 y/o pitcher back. It’s interesting that AA chose to DFA Lucas Luetge given the lack of LH relief in the system, but there’s not take backs. I hope that one of Nick Anderson, Daysbel Hernandez, or Collin McHugh can find themselves again and help this team down the stretch or in the playoffs.
