Leo should be a lock. His track record is unmatched. Johnny Sain had more 20-game winners, for sure, but he also had them before there were 30 teams in the league, thus diluting the pitching talent… and before the advent of the current crop of 6-innings-if-you’re-lucky, but gotta-have-4 -days’-rest pitchers.
I don’t think he’s quite at that level. He had some good years with the Dodgers, but you have to remember that Dodger Stadium makes most pitchers look good.
