Eleven pitchers, two catchers. I had understood that the Braves were fixed at the pitcher/hitter ratio they had on Sept. 1, but I guess not. Henry Blanco is the odd man out to make room for the extra pitcher, and good thing too. (Fick, of course, can be the emergency catcher.) Shane Reynolds, as I’d expected, is not on the roster; Jaret Wright is. If Darren Holmes is indeed out, that still leaves another pitcher, with Roberto Hernandez the reported addition.

The AP reports that Will Cunnane is on the roster. Others say no. We’ll see for sure tomorrow.
